Yes its normal, but don't leave them on your teeth for longer than 30 minutes. You can hurt your gums and possibly cause discomfort by losing some skin on them.

they are fine to use. they work just as well as having your dentist whiten your teeth, but cost a whole lot less. the one problem is it can make your teeth sensitive while using them. if that happens off the enamel they are fine to use. they work just as well as having your dentist whiten your teeth, but cost a whole lot less. the one problem is it can make your teeth sensitive while using them
Teeth loose their whiteness due to age, cavities and eatingfood like coffee, tea, cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo andsome antibiotics also cause stains.Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogenperoxide and are expensive and inconvenient.A cheap and natural tooth whitening homeremedy uses few strawberries but certainprecautions have to be taken....its not true.i asked my dentist and he says its no problem. they work

have that much to whiten to begin with, its a cheaper way to get your teeth a bit whiter. Its just like anything else, dont over do it. Follow the directions, and then leave your teeth alone. If you want
