Are crest whitening strips bad or unhealthy for your teeth?

they are fine to use. they work just as well as having your dentist whiten your teeth, but cost a whole lot less. the one problem is it can make your teeth sensitive while using them. if that happens off the enamel they are fine to use. they work just as well as having your dentist whiten your teeth, but cost a whole lot less. the one problem is it can make your teeth sensitive while using them

I heard crest white strips could weaken teeth? Is this true? Is there anyway i can whiten my teeth affectively without weakening them and without have surgury?

Teeth loose their whiteness due to age, cavities and eatingfood like coffee, tea, cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo andsome antibiotics also cause stains.Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogenperoxide and are expensive and inconvenient.A cheap and natural tooth whitening homeremedy uses few strawberries but certainprecautions have to be taken....its not true.i asked my dentist and he says its no problem. they work

Are crest whitening strips supposed to have gunk on them when you take them off?

yes. it happens all the time since its a remainder of the bleach.Just: 1brush it off or2wipe it off....Yes its normal, but dont leave them on your teeth for longer than 30 minutes. You can hurt your gums and possibly cause discomfort by losing some skin on them.
