it has been found that HIV infection is less prevalent in races where circumcision is performed at birth, though it is not proved medically. there are many human races across the world where circumcision is performed at birth, Muslims are not the only ones.

Circumcision is not at all related to HIV transfer.
It will increase the chances to get HIV infection some what fast,in some cases.

Circumcision is not a preventive measure to get AIDS.In some males the fore skin of the penis is tightly adherent and cause some problems.Circumcision helps to get rid of that problem.
