I have bumps on my vagina that first appeared as zits but now they are scabbed over I do shave and have been putting neosporin on them they burn sometimes??  

You have not disclosed your age and location in your question and hence it becomes very difficult for me to decide suitable herbal treatment to give proper justice to your query. There is nothing to worry and stop using Neosporin if it hurts. I would suggest that you should apply turmeric paste on the affected part to get best results. Also, avoid growing long hair on your pubic area and shave them off before your periods starts. You need to keep your vagina hygienically clean to avoid recurrence of such bumps again.

it can be a skin infection or allergic reation. it's unlikely to be a bacterial infection so neosporin won't help. it can be a scabies or fungal infection or an allergy. u better try a combination cream like "Quadriderm" if it doesn't help better consult doctor a gyne or skin specialist.

It appears your skin is very sensitive and it's not responding to your razor or your hair removal cream(i assume u r using a razor since you said you shave your pubics),stop using a razor and for god's sake don't put anything on those bumps as it's gonna make the situation worse for you.let the nature take its course,you gonna be fine sooner than you expect.
