Sauna belt is an alternate way to help you lose weight. Sauna belt heat stimulates the blood flow around the area you place the sauna belt. This stimulation helps generate heat. The heat caused by the sauna belt can assist you in sweating. I think the result of weight loss is temporary.

A sauna belt basically applies heat on your stomach making you sweat..I do not believe it works. The most effective way to burn fat is a well balanced diet and exercise.

as long as u keep using it fine it is filled with air and the hot air tries to reduce the immediate cells around but once stopped they grow double

well harika sauna belts are the jsut belt tyep worn at areas on the body where fat is accumualated .... they say that belt vibrates with help of battery creating magnetic - elctro waves which pass inside the body ... and hit the fat and dissolve it ... cutting the fat down
