BALANCE DIET:

MORNING
2 glasses warm water. Tea/coffee -1 cup - C

Breakfast :
2-3 slices Whole Wheat bread +tomato/ cucumber slices +1 egg or 1 C milk or 2 Stuffed mooli roti+1 C curd or 2-3 Idli+ 1 C sambar or 1- 1½ C Cornflakes+ 1 C skimmed milk. Tea or coffee. (1 C skimmed milk can be had with breakfast daily)

11 AM :
Fruit (1 no.) + buttermilk

LUNCH
2-3 Phulkas or 1 C Rice +½-1 C dhal + ½ -1 C vegetable sabji/pallya +curd + salad (+ 2 pieces non-veg)

Tea 4 p.m:
Tea/Coffee with 2 Marie Biscuits or 1 Whole wheat toast

6 PM :
Fruit (1 no.) + butter milk or skimmed milk

DINNER
2-3 Phulkas +½ -1 C dhal or pulses + curd + salad or Whole wheat bread + vegetable soup + salad with boiled pulses.

BED TIME
Fruit (1 no.) or ½-1 C skimmed milk if necessary

You cannot undergo any sort of physical exercises presently because of the herniated disks. Only process to reduce weight is to control your diet. Start taking low calorie diet with fibre supplements. Add more protein supplements to your routine diet.

I would advice you to get a MRI scan done of your lumbar spine. You will come to know the extent of the disc prolapse and accordingly treatment can be given for it.

well dolly sad to hear your case better u can check in eating fresh boled vegges and fruits only ,avoid junk and also diary products, take more calcium , and alos best in taking water ,and also leafy vegges

it s simple
do the following once in a day
lay down straight on the floor
raise your right leg for 5 sec. bring it down and same way the left one. Repeat fivetimes
keep laying and raise your neck without taking any support for 5 sec repeat five times
continue for 3months and see the difference

Go for simplified Yoga training.... it reduces ur unwanted fats without straining too much...

say jay ramdevji gurugi and do some i mean bring his cd and do some pranayama my 2 friends have lots of improvement with this pranayama
