(i) for every 45 minutes, either do palming of your both closed eyes with your both hands for three minutes covering completely your eyes causing the intense darkness over your closed eyes or wash your eyes with fresh water.
(ii) Sensitize your lower back - it should be straight .
(iii) choose your chair as per your back height...I mean to say that your neck should not be bend forward due to long height as it can cause cervical spondilitis unnecessary. Though it is not possible, however, at home you may choose chair that is ventilated downwards /backwards as used to be earlier days.
