An outgrown tummy, especially at a young age of 19 can be a problem, & you must get rid of it before you become obese. There are several tummy tucking exercises which you must do religiously every morning. Yoga will also be very useful. You can do ab crunches. Never go for any tummy tucking exercise machines that are advertised on television. Just follow a rigorous exercise routine.
