yes of course,it is a sign of infection in ur throat. have you ever noticed that whenever u have mouth ulcer u will have the bump and it will be painful too.

I disagree with the first answer. Pustules in the throat may be a sign of infection. A physician should be seen if there is pain and/or accompanying fever.
