Self motivation and determination is the biggest factor and so that really matters rather then the presence or absence of a trainer.You can start with a brisk walking even,swimming or jumping over swinging ropes.Physical trainer is required only if you are to compete for some professional sport activity.
Normally for your age 20 minutes of very brisk walking twice a day along with regulation of quality,quantity and along timing of meals can sort out the problem.Dr.Anil
