No current employer can not do that.You will need two form 16 one from current employer and another from previous employer....u must fill 2 form
take a salary certificate from previous employer and give it to new one....if you have not the form 16 than give him your salary certificate issued by your previous employer and if you have submit which shall be treated as Form-16.
