If u want a backend job then u can serch for it on the various job sites like; naukri, monster, jobsahead etc.Just post your cv to the similar types of openings in different companies.They will call you incase they find u suitable candidate for the vacant positions.
But the package of a freasher depends on the various factors like; course, percentage and the university.
