are not getting the meaning, dont worry ! Do keep reading, so that u can understand how many words can combinedly give a meaning. tutorial from YOUTUBE and learn the sentences as it is. Use the sentences the same way they teach you. Watch lot of English movies, especially animated or drama type movies. Action ones wont help u much to speak simple sentences first , then elaborate them graduallly , Watch English movies and learn how various words are pronounced by the native speakers. Immitate their speech. Reading English newspapers

furlough means leave with half pay applicable 2 govt job...tumhe nahi pata to kisi ko nahi pata...search on google dear...FURLOUGH MEANS TO LEAVE OF ABSENCE FROM DUTY,ESPECIALLY MILITARY DUTY...It is permission for absence from duty, specially civil officials , army etc working abroad thats furlough...it means to roam needlessly & u dont know where r u going next

there is no need to join any English Speaking class because it will not help you. And one more thing is that you have published this question in English not in Hinglish and that means your English is fair enough so by yourself...start reading english newspaper daily n increase ur vocabulary by finding the meaning of difficult words. this habbit will definately improve ur english. start conversing in english wit ur friends
