yes you can visit but you must take private taxi and get it clearly to catch train for haridwar at 3.25pm any how.

...near AIIMS...wazirpur itl......delhi hattin near INA colony safdarjang airport....hello suneetdilli hat in opposite INA Market Near South Ex...dilli haat in delhi...when u reach sj hospital take left side road n go safdarjung airport, the delhi hatt is before the airport....delhi haat is near by pitam pura and kohat enclave matro station you can come and see there is a land mark "tv tower"...near all india
....In night there is no bus service but by auto or Taxi you can reach the ISBT. you can do one thing take the auto from Airport for Dhaula Kuan & Bus from the Dhaula kuan for ISBT...I would advise youu can take prepaid taxi from airport to anywhere. u also can have auto outside. if u wanna save money. take auto to dhaula kuan. pick a bus from there to medical or direct to isbt, which is bit rare
.Ravi Dahiya...very difficult..since it is rush time on delhis road... so try to get Metro.. whicheverpoint near to airport on Rithala Dilshad garden route...all the best
hire a taxi is the simplest thing u can do... it is between 10-15 Kms from IGI airport .. so taxi will charge u normally.. in case u hv ur own car then first go to Dhaulla Kaun... ask there for teen am going on a conference to Delhi for the first time. How about an auto?
