in public speaking bt not as soon u start. u can also b an orator. provided it wil take some time for practice. To b good in english u hav to practice alot like practice speaking englilsh daily wit ur frnds.Make sure youre listening to a lot of the target accent, and practise different mouth positions until you can do it. Try recording yourself and comparing it to a British speaker recording. Check these out
