don, t take any tension, just go and join good centre like body care nad VLCC.......................... .....i dont duggest dieting..i suggest have diet restrictions, but dont stop eating..best option is 1eat more fibrous food which contain compounds which decrease cholesterol absorption..2do regular exercise to be healthy, fit and fine.. then i guarantee u r weight wil get back tonormal...I dont know
