simple.. talk to urself .. sit infront of the mirror n talk to urself.. look into ur eyes.. then u can expand it..the more u fear the more u lag behind.. talk to ur friends regarding any crucial topic in english.. doesn matter if u are going wrong.. they might laugh at u.. but they will repent soon

first is -what is it you want to convey. be sure to have a clear idea of what is the message /idea/ you are giving. second is-how best you can deliver the message. take the overall attitude of the person you are going to face. and then tell in a gentle and direct with some nice things in the introduction.
