Special Bridge Construction Tugs are used for this purpose. They anchor in the spoted places in the sea where they do very deep piling under the sea ground till the pile reaches the rock bottom. Once the piling compleated, and bridge pillers are made,they start the span construction,stage by stage. It is a labourious heavy duty process, and time consuming one.
