abortion is neither boon nor curse. abortion is a vast term.It may occur spontaneously or accidentally. But what we know as medical termination of pregnancy is done for many reasons. but yes, most of the times, continuation of pregnancy is not desired by the couple or any of them. and u know, there is law in our land regarding MTP which determines where, who, whom when and how about a MTP, though it is violated by many. If the indication of MTP is only for that the foetus in-utero is a female one.....that is definitely a crime.
