in my personal experience the best gta ever has to be san andreas...if u want to know innovation wise then GTA vice city was the best of the series with best innovations in game play and story telling with gr8 script to supportbt overall its the gta san andreas being new in the gta cannon.............gta san andreas is the best sequel of the GTA series ,its offer lot more gameplay than any other GTA game

ya u can play if u have a higher capacity RAM i mean, 1GB or more. And it is advisable to play with minimum graphic card i mean 128 MB external graphic card. That will improve the quality of graphics
