Chandni Chowk is definitelty a good option but if you want to buy something classy then check out karol bagh and rajouri garden..

U can go to Chandni Chowk market. Few shops like roop sarees and kala kriti has good stuff. Bombay Selections, Frontier bazaar, perfection house, zohra sarees in karol bagh.
