This company started as a hawker selling fried chicken in Kentucky in USA, as its beginnings are in Kentucky, its name is Kentucky Fried Chicken.

KFC : Kentucky Fried Chicken. As the trend toward healthier eating approached full-swing some years ago, Kentucky Fried Chicken shortened its name so it could hide that dirty word: Fried. So startes calling KFC fast food.
