Oats, like any other varieties of grains, belong to the Graminae family grassess. Oats are called "Jai" in Hindi, and American Oats are called Vilayati Jai.They are called Jav in Gujarati....Oats are called "DALIA" IN HINDI.Sage is a herb, something like basil. Its leaves are boiled with normal tea, and then strained. Dont know the hindi name for it.

grandpa who happen to be ayurvedacharya....yes...yes sweety420 chinese green tea suarly help you for reducing the cholesterol leves...yes obiviously it helps a lot...mein engilish nahi janata. aap hindi me bat green tea is good but not sure how effective it is to reduce cholesterol.
