Tell me the recipe of Vegetable Tikka Masala?  

Ingredients:
• ½ cup Mushrooms
• ½ cup Peas
• ½ cup Carrots
• ½ cup Cauliflower
• ½ cup Potato
• 1 cup Yogurt
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 inch Ginger (chopped)
• 3 Garlic (chopped)
• 2 Onions (chopped)
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder
• 2 tbsp Oil/Butter
• A bunch of Coriander Leaves
• ½ tsp Pepper
• Salt to taste
How to make Vegetable Tikka Masala:
• Blend yoghurt, ginger, garlic and onion in a blender until smooth.
• Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix them well.
• Add spices and some coriander leaves to the mixture and blend until smooth.
• Heat butter in a pan. As and when the butter starts slightly bubbling, put the blended ingredients into it.
• Add vegetables to the sauce and stir gently. Now add the remaining Coriander leaves to it.
• Cook the sauce over low flame till the vegetables are done.
• Vegetable Tikka Masala is ready to eat.

Fresh Vegetables like peas, mushrooms, carrots, cauliflower and potato: 2 cups
Plain Yoghurt: 250 ml
Onions: 2, chopped
Lemon juce: half a lemon
Ginger: 1 inch piece, chopped
Garlic cloves: 3, chopped
Turmeric Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Ghee or butter: 2 tbsp
Cardomom: 10 pods
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander leaves

Method of preparing Vegetable Tikka Masala

1. Take a bowl and mix the yoghurt, chopped ginger, garlic and onions. Then blend them until smooth.
2. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Then add all the spices (except cardomom). And blend.
3. Add a few coriander leaves and blend a little.
4. Then take a cooker and put some butter or ghee in it. Melt the butter or ghee and add the blended ingredients.
5. Then add the cardomom pods.

2 sm Onions; sliced 1 cn Admiral Tomatoes; (400 gram
350 g Potatoes; peeled, cut Into 150 ml Water
Wedges 100 g Frozen peas
225 g Cauliflower florets 4 tb Creme fraiche
2 Carrots; peeled and sliced Salt; to taste
Instructions for Low-Fat Vegetable Tikka Masala
Heat oil in a large pan and cook onions until golden. Add all other minutes vegetables, except peas. Stir in Tikka curry paste, canned tomatoes and water, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the peas and creme fraiche, and salt to taste. Simmer uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot with Basmati Rice and fresh Sharwoods Naan Bread.

Ingredients:
Fresh Vegetables about 2 cups( Mushrooms, peas, cauliflower, carrots, potato)
Chopped Fresh Ginger and 2 Garlic cloves
2 chopped Onions
1/2 fresh Lemon
Plain yogurt 250 ml.
1-1/2 tsp. Tumeric Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder and 2 tsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
2 tbsp. butter or ghee
15 Cardomom pods
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste.
Method –
Blend yogurt, chopped ginger, garlic and onions into a blender. Make it smooth. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper then mix lightly. Add the other spices and few fresh coriander leaves and blend again.
Add butter in a large pot and add blended ingredients. Take the cardomom pods and add to the sauce. Cardomom pods have a sharp taste and could surprise you with a sudden zingy flavor during the meal. To avoid that, powder the pods before adding them to the sauce. Add two cups of vegetables and mix lightly.Add the rest of the Coriander leaves. Keep on the low heat until the mixture bubbles and vegetables are to your liking.

Lemon 1/2 (squeezed to get juice)
Ginger root 1 inch. (chopped)
Onions 2 (chopped)
Garlic cloves 3 (chopped)
Turmeric Powder 1-1/2 tsp.
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Coriander powder 2 tsp.
Butter or clarified butter (ghee) 2 tbsp.
Fresh Vegetables (Suggested: Mushrooms, peas, carrots, cauliflower, potato. Can use other vegetables too) 2 cups
Cardomom 20 pods
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Combine the yoghurt and chopped ginger, garlic and onions into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the lemon juice, salt and Pepper. Lightly mix
3. Add the spices but stopping before you get to the cardomom pods. Blend all the spices until nicely mixed
4. Add a few of the fresh coriander leaves and again mix until lightly blended. (At this stage this will smell fantastic)
5. Add the butter or clarified butter to a pre-heated slow cooker or large pot. Melt until the butter or clarified butter starts slightly bubbling. Add blended ingredients.

Take the cardomom pods and add to the sauce. Cardomom pods have a sharp taste and could surprise you with a sudden zingy flavor during the meal. To avoid that, powder these pods before adding them to the sauce.

Add the two cups of vegetables and mix lightly.

Add the rest of the Coriander leaves.
9.

If cooking in a slow cooker, set to "low" and leave for about 6 hours. If using the pot to cook, keep on low heat until the mixture bubbles and the vegetables are to your liking.
