2 small gobi{cauliflower}
1 onion {chopped}
3 green chilli{chopped}
1 tsp dhania pd
1 tsp jeera pd
1 tsp ginger paste
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

method:
grat e the gobi{cauliflower},
sprinkle salt,mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.take some grated cauliflower and remove water from it.then add
dhania pd,jeera pd,chilli pd ,
coriander leaves,green chillies,onions,ginger paste,
salt and mix well.
make a dough as for plain paratha,take a small portion of it ,flatten it and put little mixture in the center.cover the mixture with the edges ,and roll it again.
fry the paratha on tawa or frying pan .apply ghee on paratha while frying it.
serve it hot with dahi{curd}
