to build up your body. but wait a minute. you must know that there is something more important than proteins i.e. workout. When we exercise, a tension develops on our muscles causing them to wear and tear....or hav a protein drink evryday..........work out is a must along that...u cant really think of being hritik sort if u r lazy for the workout needed.....
