U can have fruits like banana,papaya for daily routine..and u can also hv dhal foods.. but if u r very desperate abt protein foods, u can have protein foodspowder which r sold by worlds best selling low fat, soyabean can be consumed daily without side effects. Infact protein foods do not cause any side effects unless you are allergic to those particular foods or you are consuming an overdose

Can I give pulses to my 2 year baby daily?

.Nithi...yes boiled pulses and dal ka pani is the best...The 1 - 3 year old child needs about 1125 kcal daily. You can give every thing what an adult eats but with less spices. Foods high in nutrient content.however give it in purees mashed forms,look if ur baby is happy with it.you can give the ragi with bran. There is nothing like cold and hot foods. At two year old you can give every thing what is cooked
