Protein foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, paneer, milk (low fat), soyabean can be consumed daily without side effects. Infact protein foods do not cause any side effects unless you are allergic to those particular foods or you are consuming an overdose of proteins. Protein foods when consumed as per requirement cause no harm.
