100 protien in that.So you can take more and pulses of Chana moong and ArharTUWAR.with this you need to take more n more fibre to creat your muschles in body.So you need to intake more raw vegetables like fruites and more salad before your every meals.In mornning you can intake Chana with onion and tomato to make it more tasty.Have more fun in your life................sanjay...You seem to be anxious
