There are many great abb exercises, some of them acts directly on the abbs, some of them reduce total body fat resulting fat loss from abs and give the core strength. But if u want to have a great abb, you need to do both exercises in rotations.
Some direct abb exercises are --- abdominal & oblique crunches, sit-ups, roman chair sit-ups, hanging leg rise, air cycling.
Some indirect exercises are --------- squat, leg press, rowing, cycling, resistance training, medicine ball squats
there ae some exelent yoga too for abs, like-- sayanchakrasana, dhanurasana, kukkutasana, vujangasana and sabasana.
