no dear it doesn't make any differnce. for that u really hav to work out, i know some of my friendz who hav tried sauna belt without any succes.pls keep in touch ,then i can giv u better solutions.

It depends from person to person. Personally, I dont think it helps. A lot of these sauna belts only work for a few days and then become ineffective.

no it is just sauna. it causes burns infact. so skip it and do abs exercise.

Sauna belt is bull shit does not work. Well ur fat is nt going to melt and ooze out with your sweat

Hi sauna belt would give you temporary result. It also may have some side effects like skin allergy or you may bur the skin due to heat. The best option to reduce excess weight is to a healthy diet, combined with fitness exercises such as aerobics (to burn extra calories) and a weight training workout to help tighten and strengthen the muscles. Eat low fat, low calorie diet. Include variety of low fat foods in the diet. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Do brisk walking, cycling or swimming for 30 minutes thrice a week. On alternate days perform weight training exercises. Losing 2 to 3 kgs per month is advisable and it’s healthy too!

well yes they are tummy trimmers as they produce heat at a particular area, a technique which is ancient and has been proven effective.Even centres like VLCC use the similar technique in a different way for their on the spot reduction package.
But other then that it is not very healthy for girls to use it as some doctors feel that the belt producing heat too close to the uterus might effect the pregnancy later.
