No, I do not think that it is permanent solution. It is a shortcut method to reduce the fat but as soon as you stop tthe use of it ,the fat starts getting collected again with double speed . Actually workout is a proper method to reduce weight. I suggest you to avoid junk food like burger, pizza etc as possible.
Avoid fried food as well like pakodas, vada etc and off course bread with butter, cheese etc. Eat fresh vegetables as much possible. Within a month or two you will find the reduction in weight . And for work out you will have to go to some gym.
