To be very honest, neither sona belt nor sona bath, works if you are looking for weight loss or inch loss. Sona companies shows there are a lot of sweat on the belly after using this belt, but the fact is, before using the belt , models do drink a lot of water and there is a lot of humidity in air which causes the sweating.
But the fact that only sweating does not lead to permanent weight loss or size loss. Weight losses shown by the sona models are due to water loss from sweat, and that leads to size reduction too.
After a few hours of using the product body rehydrates again, resulting weight gain.
Sona is only useful for relaxing your isolated muscles after work out.
The bottom line is sona system is only a feel good factor.

DEAR this is market tact how to attract the people for a product and most of the my fatty folowers have taken it earlier and now they are abusing to the company which have made SAUNA because they have not loose any weight except money all in all..
So Give it up and practice yoga if you really concious about your health.
