well the cocept behind this is practical, provided the use of the belt is coupled with physical workouts. it works on the concept that the heat from the belt helps to soften n liquify the coagulated fat, which in its present state is very dificult for the body to use as a source of energy. once liquified it is the first resource the body will turn to when the need arises. my contension is, after u liquify it, if not used, it will harden up again. hence physical exertion is required.
