If there is a will there is a way. you can loose weight without excersising but if you want fast results you will have to excersice.
Go for morning walk and evening walk. Have hot water so that it will reduce your fats in your body and also try and have your dinner by 8. There are many things that you will have to avoid, but just try doing this much first you will see the diffrence..
