Your current BMI is well above 31., which is not good. At your frame of 5'10'' you need to carry a BMI under 24, and then your ideal weight would be less than 75 kg.
So to get rid of the extra 24 kg you need proper exercise and healthy though strict diet.
First of all hit the gym. It should be in your locality, so that you can’t miss the chance to go 6 days a week. Do not aim for your waist or your belly to reduce, but aim to cut total body fat.
Running on treadmill, seated rowing, sumo-squat rowing, squat, bench-press, military press, lat pull down etc. are the best exercises to loose total body fat. These exercises must be done every alternate days.
Dumbbell side, twister, sit-ups, crunch should be in your daily routine.
Try to join swimming classes, which will increase the rate of fat loss from your body.
Make sure you are taking minimum fat , less oil, high fibrous, protein richen food product. Say no to junk foods. Don’t take soft drinks or any alcoholic beverages .
Drink plenty of water. Avoid rice, take Roti, enjoy fruits.
That way you can loose your weight very quickly.
