healthier and more stronger...Hi Hameed, I am not aware of any Ayurvedic medicines that help for stamina gaining but I think the simple and most economic way to increase stamina is through cardio exercises. Any kind of cardio or aerobic exercises such as walking, cycling, swimming, jogging, running or dancing not increase your stamina but it also improves your heart and lung capacity and tones the muscles
