I'm new to Gurgaon into gymming from 3 years.Wish to keep the spirit alive.Looking for a gym nearby sector 14.Kindly suggest some good gym with gud trainers

My recommendation will be Fitness First at Ambience Mall though its not exactly near sec14.

My recommendation will be Fitness First at Ambience Mall though its not exactly near sec14.But that's the one I decided on after looking at all the options available like Ozone or Reebok in Signature Towers.The group classes are amazing..internationally certified by Les Mills.Pricing too is decent.Take a look..its truly a world class gym and worth it!

theres a good gym in sector 56 called forrest club. its close to sushant lok 3....I am a physical trainer and new to Gurgaon... dont know whether there is any common gym here in Shushant Lok but I can mobile no....i know i will tell u as exact area call me on my no 9971247132...You can Join My Gym in Gurgaon.It Is in Gurgaon and it is not much Costly but very clean and well equipped and well trainer

exercise in gym...Yes certainly. But after the bone unites. Your implants should be removed after bone consolidation, may be after an year or so to get full shoulder movements.Dr Avinash PatilNo, dont join Gym. Go for pheysioteraphy and they will suggest you the exer.. I have steel rod in right leg and physio helped me alot....you can do exerci.But dont do gym...doc is the best person
