Switch to low fat diet, low in calories. Do aerobic ,walking, cycling, swimming, jogging to burn extra calories and a weight training workout to help tighten and strengthen the muscles. Focus on abdominal crunches, sit ups and also do variations in these. Do brisk walking, cycling or swimming for 30 minutes thrice a week. These will increace ur apetite too. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
