Very easy, if at all you are willing to accept it....foremost you must not indulge in eating junkfood, have a fixed schedule and stick to it. Start your day with lime and honey mixture ......take out a juice of two lemon, mix some water and not much just six times the content of lemon juice then mix one spoon of honey, stir it properly and then drink it. This has to be done regularly and don’t expect results immediate, you are allowed to be liberal with your Breakfast just anything, avoid lunch and have green salad, and have a light food before sunset, make this as your last meal, nothing at all after sunset.....stick to this and you will loose weight guaranteed.....one hundred percent.
