hey! its a very natural problem......... all girls have to face it,,,,,,,, there r many thing which make a girl very energetic at the time of periods..... 1. never do sex with anyone at that time, it can save ur semen which can make u fell healthy. 2.Take proper diet, including green vegetabels,eggs,proteins,& all nutritions becoz they give strength to ur body.
3.Alcoholic drinks & smoking are very dangers at that time.....
4.At that time their is very much created in ur hear to do sex but avoid it.
5.Everyday keep ovary clean with soft material (any soft thing), becoz it can make u free to fell energetic.
6.If u fell tried & don't fell energetic, u have headeac, fever, vomiting, then don't take plz contact with ur doctor, becoz it can destroy ur stamina to fight with various diseases, which can effect the girls easly at the time of period.
7.At the time of period,it is very necessary to take proper care , becoz if girls
not take proper care,then their body not fully become mature,but by the chance ur their body become fully mature but they face many problems at the time of pregnancy & also at the time of labour & after delivery like their ovary is not very supportive at that time,the the veins are very weak ,the stomach veins not responding........etc.
8.Do not take any medicine without taking any advice of doctor,it can affect ur body,as well as ur stamina.
9.Keep doing exercise regularly,not hard exercises but yoga u can do.
10.Walking after eating food is very necessary for girls who suffers from periods becoz it can help in digesting complete food in better manner.
