well Sapna you should avoid unnecessary surgery.. the stomach is the last place you loose fat because it is coagulated fat and hardest to burn.. Now fat is a form of stored energy. when the body needs energy it converts this fat into a fuel and uses it. naturally it would first seek this source of fat in the easiest place or form. thus ithe body avoids the stomach as the fat there is solid, and would take more energy to turn it into a form that can be used as fuel.. so, when you exercise you tend to lose fat inother places , rather than the stomach.. In my opinion, for what it's worth you should try these sauna belts. what they do is heat op the specific area of the stomach, turning the fat into a more liquid state and thus more usable.. after using the belt for the specified time, try doing your regular workouts like jogging or crunchs, anything to get sweat.. you will find that your stomach will start losing its extra inches..
