Hi ! I'm 27 yrs, 77kgs and height is 5.7... my midsection (stomach, hips and thighs are oversized) is bulged a lot.. what should i do to reduce this...help plz

in each set.it will reduce the xtra fat in ur midsection,& ur leg muscles,hips,thighs also will b in good shape.just start with 20 sit-ups in 4 sets...then go upto 50 sit-ups in each set the proper exercise like abdomin, hip and thigh exercises asking some experts advice. Cycling daily for 30mins is also a solution for ur problem....Go to Ramdev Babas shivir, take his yoga tips and see
