my friend is planning for a baby...but she is unable to conceive ...she has undergone the medical checkup ...everything is alright but even then she's unable?  

Ask her husband to make his sperm count report.

If every thing is alright with her then probably the reason might be the male partner.

It happens many a times that we keep on checking for women but the male partner is ignored.
If he is having the problems with sperm not only she the other women also cannot be fertilsed by him.
So ask her to go for the advice.

Please tell that couple to keep relations on day 10,12,14,16 & day 18 of menstrual cycle, this will ensure that they have relations in their most fertile period. Anju, there are different factors. First and foremost, she should feel relax about the matter. Next, try adopting correct positions and procedure. Most of the time, it is this that women do not conceive. Last and most important is accupressure+massage therapy.

Definitely there is some reason that is yet to be found.U have not mentioned anything regarding their age, period of marriage, profession etc.Everything has a bearing to the cause of infertility. If everything is ok just wait for some time pregnancy will occur.
