Fertility problem is not a problem individually of male or female , it is a couple problem. The main factor could be male , female , both or other factors.
Things other than mainly of male origin include
. timing of the intercourse. egg is released once in a month at that too it is available for maximum a day, thus proper timing of the fertile period is very important.
. position of intercourse, women up position , standing , sitting and other non regular positions hinder fertilisation by causing the semen to leak out. Man on top position is best , afterwards the female should not move for atleast 30 mins. If possible support the pelvis by raising it with a pillow
. Female factors include , hormonal , structural (anatomical ) , improper maturing of ovum , improper release of ovum.
. there could be allergic reaction to semen (rare).
. Incompatibilty of semen comtents with females secretions.
. Unknown factors and causes , including mental and physical in either male or female.
SO....... DO NOT GENERALISE. REMEMBER WHATEVER THE CAUSE PROPER DIAGNOSIS AND STUDY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IN OVERCOMING INFERTILITY. REMENBER IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO STAND TOHETHER AT THE TIME OF SUCH CRISIS.
MEDICINES ARE NOT THE ONLY WAY TO INCREASE THE FERTILITY, THERE IS A LOT MORE INVOLVED IT IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO CONSULT A SPECIALIST AND FOLLOW THE ADVISE PROPERLY.
all the best
