If the problem still persists U better consult a doctor....take execess of water while sleeping and do not eat thing on road side like panipuri etc...it is constipation. use one glass water daily before you go to toilet, use luke warm water at bed time. You may also take some herbal luxative but in limit otherwise you will be habbitual. Increase the drinking water quantity.
