nowadays people like nuclear families...do you know the reason why? previously there were many joint families ,but now you hardly find any...why?  

There is nothing like that..
there is lacs of families, still a part of joint family,. Values and their meanings have changed.. Different people think that being a family over crowded results in mutual disagreements and quarrels in family, but they never realize that family is something, that needs to be maintained to be a real family..

They need to maintain and be a part of family, rather than just thinking that JOINT FAMILY are not happening..

Please help people change their thinking...

Yes, now days there are few joint families found cus people now a days like to live their own way without any interuption of others..(sibling's family and their parents).

The present generation has too much money and hence they dont have to depend on anyone. They therefore become very intolerant towards others

Hi Anjana, yes it's very much true dat people prefer nucl. fly nowadays. Today, both men and women are working, they want to be independent. No doubt, dat they even handle their household duties very well. .Thier can be some problems in their house. therefore they dont want to make the situation worst,they feel its gud to stay in a nuclear family.they remember their parents only when they want to drop their children to their grandparents place. its very bad.
