You know you are doing wrong things, also you are loving your wife. Keep your mind open with your wife discuss everything without hiding any thing, intimate her as are changing your behavior. Family drug is more intoxicated than other drugs. First start loving your family, family members, exchange your feelings, happy moods, smils on your family member's faces will give more lifted up more your satisfaction.
