your feeling is physically or mentally, if your feeling in psychologically, you have to change your attitudes, becoz this will leads to depression. Make your self busy with some work, what ever you like, make new friends,keep yourself new goals, do some meditation every day, attend meditation camps,attend self development camps.
Time is important but life is more important than time. So you have to more cautious about your life.
