Personally I feel that youngsters nowadays are more competent than in my times.They have a quick grasp upon the subject matter and their untarnished nature prompts them to come out with a clarity.Their ways or ideologies maybe different,but,they do think in a bright perspect.
In troubled waters rather than neglecting their opinions or solutions I rather invite them to ponder over the matter and come up with a suggestion.
I would suggest every family should have at least one family union in three months and the pros and cons of a decision should be deliberated.
By giving the youngsters a chance to speak openly you are not only encouraging them to be bold,thoughtful and courageous,they may even come out with a suggestion so simple you would have overlooked.
