Children also are individuals, they are not Robos, where u give input and output will be accordingly.Are the parents brilliant in every field? then why they expect this from their progeny?
Its not that support is everything in life, every child has different level of understanding, liking and calibre. and everybody is good somewhere. nobody is good everywhere.

Because evry human being has different levels of mental ability or I.Q or physiacl ability . So what-so-ever you provide them in life , ultimately it is his own capacity that will bring success in academics . And every individual thinks differently , it is the children who will choose that where he or she wants to excell or not . Mostly parents think children as mindless objects and want to shape them up according to their own wishlist . This is completely unreasonable . Childrn should allow the independence to choose their field of choice .

How can you expect that? The children even if our own blood, are different individuals. They have drawbacks & excellence in many ways. We as parents have to give them the freedom to live as they like. Our responsibility is to guide them when they r young. We cannot expect them to grow up as we like...let them have the freedom to grow as a different individual in the way they like. Moral & financial support with guidence & the cultural & moral values taught to them from an young age is the only duty of a parent. Don't expect anything from children, we too might not have come up to the expectations of our parents.
